Add “value” and “punctuality”. Valley did acleaning job for my Dad about a year ago and we were amazed at the quality then. My usual carpet cleaner moved and my three dogs left my carpets in the worst shape! My hubby tried a self clean and it wasn’t successful (not for lack of effort on his part)! Fast forward: Tim! We came home to carpets I thought were new! Smells great too! If you go elsewhere and aren’t happy, you know who to call!!

They accommodated multiple last minute reschedulings. Happy with the carpet cleaning. They didn't charge extra for some unexpected pet stains.
